2. Ordering & Delivery

Placing an Order
Please ensure all delivery and contact information is correct before submitting your order. Incorrect details may cause delays, and we cannot be held responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate information.

Delivery Times
All UK orders are sent via DPD Next Day Delivery. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed before our cut-off time (Monday–Friday) are typically delivered the following working day.

Delivery Delays
While we aim for next-day delivery, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to courier backlogs or public holidays. We are not liable for delays once your parcel has been handed over to DPD.

Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been marked as delivered or left in a designated safe place, On Your Teeth cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.


3. Returns & Replacements

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on used or opened products unless they are faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a fault with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include photos and your order details so we can review the issue quickly.

Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned products have been received and inspected. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


4. Promotions & Discounts

We occasionally offer promotions or discount codes to our customers. Only one discount code may be used per order, and codes cannot be applied to sale items unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.


5. Reselling Our Products

We’re happy for other retailers to stock and sell our products. However, if you plan to do so, please contact us first so we can ensure branding, pricing, and product details are consistent with our standards.
