Shipping & Delivery Policy
We want you to receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. The information below explains how our delivery process works and what to expect once you’ve placed an order with On Your Teeth.
Dispatch
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.
All orders are shipped via DPD Next Day Delivery across the UK. Orders placed before our weekday cut-off time are dispatched the same day; orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 8:00pm.
There are no standard deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Please note:

DPD cannot leave parcels in a safe place due to the nature of our products.

In some cases, they may leave your parcel with a neighbour.

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or adverse weather conditions.
Missed Deliveries
If you’re not available when DPD attempts delivery, they’ll usually try again the next working day. You’ll also receive tracking updates and options to reschedule via DPD’s app or website.
If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your parcel may be returned to us.

Re-delivery: You’ll need to cover the cost of re-delivery, including any return fees.

Order cancellation: If you choose to cancel your order after it’s been returned, we’ll issue a refund minus the original delivery and return costs.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please double-check your address details before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information can cause delays, and On Your Teeth cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate delivery details.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered or left at a designated location by DPD, On Your Teeth is not liable for loss or theft. However, if your order appears to be missing, please contact our support team — we’ll do our best to assist with the investigation.
